 SAP ABAP with S4 HANA Implementation

Qualification :

 Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

• SAP Certification in ABAP/S4 HANA is a plus.
  

• Experience in Agile and/or Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.
  

• Exposure to full-cycle SAP implementations (design, development, testing, deployment).
  

Experience :

 6 to 8 years

Must Have Skills :

 SAP ABAP: Strong expertise in ABAP programming, debugging, performance tuning, and customization.

• S4 HANA Implementation: Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA migration, conversion, and integration projects.
  

• HANA Data Modeling: Knowledge of HANA-specific development techniques like CDS Views, AMDP, and HANA optimizations.
  

• Experience with Fiori/UI5: Experience in developing SAP Fiori applications and understanding of the SAP Fiori design principles.
  

Good to Have Skills :

 Tools & Technologies: Good knowledge of SAP Netweaver, HANA Studio, and other relevant tools for development and testing.

• Database Knowledge: Familiarity with HANA database and performance optimization strategies.
  

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex SAP technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  

• Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  

Roles and Responsibilities :

 ABAP Development: Design and implement custom ABAP code, reports, enhancements, and interfaces in SAP S4 HANA environment.

• S4 HANA Implementation: Lead and contribute to S4 HANA migration and implementation projects, ensuring smooth integration and optimization of business processes.
  

• Customization & Configuration: Configure SAP modules and support functional consultants in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  

• Performance Optimization: Enhance and optimize SAP applications for improved performance, scalability, and reliability, especially for S4 HANA.
  

• Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with business users, functional consultants, and project managers to ensure the technical solutions meet business needs and expectations.
  

• Solution Design: Work on system integration, data migration strategies, and application architecture to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
  

• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical documentation and reports as required by project teams and clients.
  

• Training & Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and development teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
